Regional and Agribusiness Banking 

Building strong connections with farming communities and driving the economic success of regional Australia. By joining our RAB team, you'll be in the thick of the action in the community, walking the walk of our farmers and regional customers. You’ll be playing a key role in assisting our customers to achieve their goals while building a sustainable future. 

At the end of your Program, you’ll move into a RAB analyst role. You’ll gain the experience and financial acumen to become a successful banker.

You’ll be working with agricultural companies and regional commercial businesses, making a difference to their lives. You’ll foster strong relationships with them to develop a real understanding of their business needs, implementing the best strategies for their unique situation to help them grow. 

Your rotations

Whether it’s based in our Sydney offices or in one of our many regional locations across Australia, our structured 12–15 month program will see you rotating across three to four teams. This includes exposure to specialist areas such as risk or product development. 

Your development & experience 

With a dedicated Program Manager, grad alumni mentors and experienced rotation managers, you’ll be guided to succeed every step of the way. You’ll spend time on the ground in one of our many regional offices, being involved with farm visits, financial analysis, credit reviews, and portfolio management. You’ll be empowered to learn from experienced bankers to provide world-class tailored financial solutions.
