Your rotations
During the 18-month program, you will go through three enriching rotations. Your journey begins in a core product team such as Home Buying, Deposits & Transaction Accounts, Credit Cards, or Personal Loans, where you'll focus on delivering exceptional products. In the second rotation, you'll explore another product area such as Pricing, Acquisition, or Retention. Your final rotation will place you in a strategy team or specialisation of your choice, for example in our Digital or Analytics teams, allowing you to dive into areas that ignite your passion and align with your professional goals.
On top of your rotations, you’ll participate in three distinctive Retail Banking Services experiences:
- Three weeks in Customer Immersion where you can connect with our customers directly and be inspired to positively impact their experience
- Five weeks mastering Design Thinking methodologies to tackle real-world business opportunities
- Career Success throughout your third rotation to help you successfully transition you into a permanent role within Retail Banking, setting you up for success with your future career progression and development plan.
Your development & experience
Our program offers multiple professional development opportunities through interactive in-person masterclasses, learning modules, training courses, and company-wide Graduate conferences. You will explore key topics such as emotional intelligence, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management, equipping you with essential skills for your career journey. Additionally, you will have access to a large support network and community throughout the program, ensuring you have the guidance and resources needed to succeed.
