At the end of your Program, you’ll join the team as a RAB Analyst where you’ll gain the experience and financial acumen to become a successful business banker.

Your rotations
Whether it’s based in one of our many regional locations across Australia or in our Sydney office, our structured 12–15-month program will see you rotating across three teams. This includes exposure to support areas such as risk, finance, and specialist teams like transaction banking and client acquisition.
Your development & experience
With a dedicated Program Manager, grad alumni mentors and experienced rotation managers, you’ll be guided to succeed every step of the way. You’ll spend time on the ground and get involved with customer site visits, financial analysis, credit reviews, and portfolio management. You’ll be empowered to learn from experienced bankers to provide world-class tailored financial solutions.
