What you'll need

    • Administrator user permissions
    • One or more Service Delegates
    • Your corporate card facility linked in CommBiz – to link your facility, follow the steps to add a bank account. When you’re asked for an account number, enter your facility number instead

Add a Card Administrator

    1. Log on to CommBiz. Go to Admin, then select Maintenance Requests
    2. Select Card Administrator
    3. Select Create a New Group (or Edit if you've already set one up)
    4. Give the group a name
    5. Choose Card Administrators from the list of identified CommBiz users
    6. Choose which cards or facilities Card Administrators will manage
    7. Select Save, then Confirm
    8. A Service Delegate will need to authorise the request

Allow Card Administrators to view statements
