CommBank Youth app

While some of our customers love the Youth app, we want to ensure our offerings are simple and provide the best CommBank experience. You can continue to teach your child valuable money skills by downloading the CommBank app today.

What options do I have?

Your children can still continue banking online with us using the following channels:

• CommBank app: The CommBank app is available to download in the App Store or Google Play Store on a phone with Android 8.0 or iOS 15 or above. You'll only be able to download and register one user per device and will need to get a NetCode SMS to your mobile number to register. Find out more about the CommBank app.
• NetBank: If you are unable to download the app, you can login to NetBank on a browser. You can find out more about NetBank.
• You'll need your client number and password to login to CommBank app or NetBank. Forgotten the details? If you have a card please follow these instructions. If you don’t have a card please call 132221.

Even though the Youth app is no longer available, parental controls will still continue to function to keep your child safe and in control. 

Parents or legal guardians with the CommBank app can still:

• Keep an eye on their child's spending and saving
• Change their weekly spend limit
• Lock contactless card payments, online payments, or their child's card completely at any time.
