    The $0 terminal rental fee offer is available when you apply and are approved for a new Smart Health Facility (as defined in the Smart Health Terms and Conditions) before 30 June 2025. Offer valid from 03 March 2025 until 30 June 2025 and is subject to change. The $0 terminal rental fee offer means that you will have your terminal rental fees waived for the first 12 months. This offer cannot be extended to additional terminals after a new Smart Health Facility application has been approved. All other fees and charges in relation to your new Smart Health Facility will continue to apply in accordance with Smart Health Terms and Conditions.

    2 Same Day Settlement is available on all EFTPOS transactions made before 9.30pm (Sydney/Melbourne time) and all eCommerce transactions made before 5:30pm (Sydney/Melbourne time) for eligible customers with a CommBank transaction account and a linked CommBank merchant facility.

    Private Health claims can be processed only within the practice. Medicare claims can be processed outside of practice.

    Other fees may include a $30 investigation fee if a customer disputes a transaction and a $500 per terminal non-return fee, if you don't return your terminal when you finish your plan, or it's damaged.

    9 Replacement within 4 business hours in all locations except remote areas. 3 to 5 business days for remote areas. A remote area is not serviced by a technician and only phone support is available.
