Lodge a claim online by logging on to the PetSure Pet Portal, upload your documents and submit your claim. Or call 1300 913 575 Monday – Friday, 8am – 8pm (Sydney/Melbourne time).
If you've activated your Included Travel Insurance with your Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Smart or Ultimate credit card or World Debit Mastercard, you can make a claim online or over the phone.

In the unfortunate event you or your family ever need to make a claim, it’s important you call AIA Australia on 13 3982 as soon as possible after the claim event occurs.
Call 13 1056 to notify us of your claim immediately. A Case Manager will talk through your situation and let you know what information we may need.
For CreditCard Plus and Loan Protection Insurance, call 13 3982 between 9am and 5pm, Sydney time, Monday to Friday.
Where possible, your claim will be processed over the phone. Otherwise, the claims team will send you a claim form and a letter explaining what supporting evidence is required to assess your claim.
