Order stationery online

Log on to our online store to order EFTPOS stationery, like EFTPOS paper rolls and stickers, for your CommBank terminal. 

To log on you’ll need:

  • Your 16-digit merchant ID beginning with 53531 
  • Your merchant postcode 

You can find your Merchant ID on your statement, welcome letter or NetBank homepage.

GST exempt customers

If you’re a GST exempt customer, contact your local branch or Relationship Manager to place your order. 

Payment

Once we’ve processed your order, we’ll add the cost to your next monthly Merchant Fee.

Delivery

We'll send your order:

  • To the address linked on your account – either a PO Box or physical address
  • Within 5 to 10 business days
  • With 'Authority to leave' so it can be left in a safe place if you're not there

To replace the paper roll in your machine:

 

  1. Open the roll cover
  2. Remove old paper roll
  3. Insert new roll so the paper feeds from the top, leaving a small length of paper sticking out of the terminal
  4. Close the cover

Tip: There are small slots located on each side of the paper roll cover. The easiest way to open the paper roll compartment is to put your thumbnail in one of the slots and push/flick the slot to open the cover.
