Log on to our online store to order EFTPOS stationery, like EFTPOS paper rolls and stickers, for your CommBank terminal.
To log on you’ll need:
You can find your Merchant ID on your statement, welcome letter or NetBank homepage.
If you’re a GST exempt customer, contact your local branch or Relationship Manager to place your order.
Once we’ve processed your order, we’ll add the cost to your next monthly Merchant Fee.
We'll send your order:
Contact the Merchant Helpdesk on 1800 230 177 to change your delivery address.
Contact the Merchant Helpdesk on 1800 230 177 if your order doesn't arrive within 5 to 10 business days.
To replace the paper roll in your machine:
Tip: There are small slots located on each side of the paper roll cover. The easiest way to open the paper roll compartment is to put your thumbnail in one of the slots and push/flick the slot to open the cover.
