Help & support
You can track your loan from start to finish with NetBank and the CommBank app.
We’ll automatically transfer repayments from your account by the due date so you’re not charged late fees.
You can make your personal loan repayments monthly, fortnightly or weekly, and even align your repayment date to your payday.
Increasing your repayment frequency* can help you pay less interest over the life of your loan.
You can increase your repayments to pay off your loan faster and reduce the interest over time. Early repayment fees may apply on fixed rate personal loan accounts.
Alternatively, you can reduce your repayments, provided you’re ahead on your loan by making additional repayments (on eligible products).
When you change your repayments online, we’ll check to ensure your new repayment amount is enough to repay the loan in remaining contracted loan term.
If you’ve made additional repayments on your variable rate loan, you may have funds available to redraw. You can check your available redraw balance in CommBank app, NetBank or at any branch. Your available redraw balance may not include any repayments made towards your next monthly minimum repayment amount or uncleared cheques, and may reduce so that, by the end of your agreed loan term, both your loan balance and the available redraw will be zero. Uncleared direct debit payments, which can take up to five days to clear, may be included in your available redraw.
To redraw, simply log on to NetBank or the CommBank app and transfer money from your available personal loan funds to your preferred transaction account.
If you’re looking to consolidate your debts, buy a new car or plan your next holiday, borrowing additional funds with your existing personal loan could be the perfect solution.
You can apply to increase your loan in NetBank or the CommBank App, and most of your details will automatically appear on your application.
Congrats! You’ll need to generate a payout figure by logging into NetBank or the CommBank app.

This guide doesn’t consider your individual objectives, financial situation or needs. Before basing any decisions on this information, please consider:
* An Early Repayment Adjustment may apply for Fixed Rate Personal Loans if you repay your personal loan in full early with 12 or more months remaining on the loan term, and we reasonably estimate we will incur a loss or administrative cost.
A new interest rate may apply when you apply to increase your loan amount, however you will be notified of this before you proceed.
