Discharging for another reason?

Are you a home loan customer?

If you’re discharging to sell a property, substitute a security (property or cash), release a guarantor or repaid your loan, follow the steps below.

  1. 1Selling a property: Use NetBank to submit your discharge request. For other reasons: Complete, download, and print the form by clicking 'Let's get started'
  2. 2If you have a broker, solicitor or conveyancer representing you, please include their details when completing the form. Additionally, make sure all borrowers provide their consent through NetBank or have all borrowers and guarantors sign the printed form.
  3. 3Once we receive consent from all borrowers, we'll process your request or you can send the completed form to cbadischarges@cba.com.au or drop off the printed form to your nearest branch.
Keep in mind, once we've received your signed request, there's a number of steps that need to take place to finalise and process your request.
