What's a NetCode?
A quick and simple one-time security code sent to your mobile phone by push notification or SMS, used to confirm certain transactions and tasks in NetBank.
Why you need it
To help protect you against cybercrime and fraud. You’ll need a single use NetCode to:
- View or change contact details in NetBank
- Pay someone for the first time
- Add a BPAY biller
- Send money overseas using International Money Transfers
How to register for NetCode
- Log on securely to NetBank (register for NetBank if you haven’t already)
- Select Settings then NetCode
- If you’re already registered, we’ll tell you at the top of the page, otherwise follow the steps to do so.
Your NetCode will only last for 2 minutes. For added security, you should delete the notification after use.
