• One-to-sign accounts

One-to-sign means you only need one authorised signatory to approve actions on the account (e.g. authorise payments, withdraw money).

If your method of operation is one-to-sign, you can update your business account address (where we send your account statements & notices) in NetBank.

    1. Log on to NetBank
    2. Go to Settings
    3. Select Business details under Profile
    4. Go to Account addresses and select Edit
    5. Select the account address you want to change
    6. Select Other from the dropdown and populate your new address

  • Two-to-sign accounts

Two-to-sign means you need two or more authorised signatories to approve actions on the account (e.g. authorise payments, withdraw money).

For two-to-sign accounts, follow these instructions to update your business account address.

    1. Write a letter detailing your request, including:
      • Business name
      • BSB & Account number of one of your business accounts
      • Previous business account address
      • New business account address
    2. Get the letter signed by at least two signatories – we're unable to accept DocuSign, digital, electronic or cropped signatures so you'll need to get the letter signed in full with a pen
    3. Scan the letter and email it to businessbankingSME@cba.com.au
