The Smart Hospitality App is available to all CommBank customers who use a Smart Terminal at no additional cost. Note: you will only be charged the existing terminal rental and transaction fees as part of your facility.
We are continually adding new POS connections, so if you can’t see your POS, there’s a good chance that it’s on its way. Contact your banker to check if Smart Hospitality is coming soon.
You can self-serve the process of setting up Smart Hospitality any time, at your convenience. If you operate within the hospitality sector and have a Smart Terminal, simply open the Smart Hospitality app and follow the steps to get set-up and connect your POS. If the app isn’t installed on your terminal, you can log into the App Marketplace and download, or contact the Merchant Helpdesk to have the app provisioned to your terminal(s).
