Smart Mini

  1. Close and reopen the Smart Mini app on your mobile device
  2. Press and hold the power button on your Smart Mini reader until it beeps. The power button is at the bottom of the reader near the charging port
  3. Press and hold the power button again to restart the Smart Mini reader

Smart (Verifone)

  1. Unlock your terminal 
  2. Press and hold the power button until the terminal restarts itself. The power button is located on the side of your Smart terminal

Smart Integrated (Verifone)

  1. Unlock your terminal 
  2. Press and hold the power button until the terminal restarts itself. The power button is located on the side of your Smart Integrated terminal

Essential Plus or Move/5000

  1. Place the terminal on its charging base
  2. Hold down both the blue [FUNC] button and yellow [CLEAR] button at the same time until the terminal restarts
