What you'll need

    • To be an Administrator
    • The names of users you'd like to give access to

Give access to the IB&M digital portal

  1. Log on to CommBiz. Go to Admin, then select Users
  2. Search for the user you’d like to give access to
  3. Select the checkbox beside the user’s ID, then select Edit
  4. The user’s profile will display. Select the Other tab, then select the checkbox for Access to the IB&M Digital Portal
  5. Select Save
  6. Review the details and Modify or Confirm, then select OK to finish

    Once the user logs on, the IB&M Digital tab will now display on their homepage
