  • Permission to view and create CommBiz payments
  • Permission to create service requests

Good to know

The Notice Management screen gives a breakdown of your Capital Growth Account, including your interest rate and account balance.

Create a notice

    1. Log on to CommBiz. Go to Functions, select Service Requests, then Notice Management
    2. Select Submit Notice
    3. Enter the On Notice Date or Date At CallDescription and Amount for the new notice

      Note: You can't have two notices due on the same day for the same account. If you need to, cancel an existing notice and create a new notice for the combined amount.

      You can set the Date At Call up to 15 months in the future. The notice period won't begin until the start date and funds will remain in ‘Balance on Hold’ until then.
    4. Review the details, then select Submit
    5. Select Confirm. The Request ID will be created and the status will update to ‘Confirmed’
    6. Enter your credentials, then select Authorise

      Note: If you're not an Authoriser on the account, contact a Capital Growth Account Authoriser to complete the request.
  • On Notice Date & Date At Call

    You can choose either:

    • On Notice Date - the date funds will move from ‘Balance on Hold’ to ‘Balance on Notice’ (i.e. when your notice period starts)
    • Date At Call - the date funds will be move from ‘Balance on Notice’ to ‘Balance At Call’ (i.e. when you’re able to withdraw the money)

    Once you submit your request, we’ll calculate the start or end date of your notice based on the notice period of your Capital Growth Account.

Cancel a notice

    1. Log on to CommBiz. Go to Functions, select Service Requests, then Notice Management
    2. Select the notice you'd like to cancel, then select Cancel Notice 

      Note: You can only cancel active and pending notices
    3. Review the details, then select Confirm
    4. Enter your credentials, then select Authorise

      Note: If you're not an Authoriser on the account, contact a Capital Growth Account Authoriser to complete the request.

The notice period has been served and the funds show as Balance At Call.

The notice was cancelled. Funds were returned and the notice shows as Balance On Hold.
