Payments are authenticated through EMV 3D Secure (3DS 2.0), which checks a number of data points to identify customers. Based on the calculated transaction risk, the cardholder may be prompted to verify their ID eg. with a one-time password or biometric authentication.
The Checkout and Enterprise packages also come with the added security benefit of tokenisation. This means you're not storing sensitive card data, reducing your risk of data leaks.
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) lets your customers make payments over the phone by following customised, automated prompts. Your customers can call at their convenience and you don't need to worry about staffing the phone line.
