Yes, you can transfer your existing phone or mobile numbers to More to ensure there's no disruption to your business. Visit the More website to find out more.

More provides CommBank Business customers with a personal Connection Manager, to manage the planning and delivery of a smooth and seamless transfer. 

Transferring to More may trigger your existing provider to charge a cancellation fee if you're still in contract. However, the savings with More may outweigh these cancellation fees. We recommend checking with your current provider prior to switching to avoid any surprises.

Possibly, many IP phone handsets work with More’s system and can be re-configured. However, most businesses take up the included hardware on a 24-month contract for a seamless connection process. Your personal Connection Manager will help you through the process.

nbn® stands for National Broadband Network. Most Australians can access the internet from their homes and businesses with nbn®. 

The nbn® rollout is largely complete with most addresses now able to connect to the network. You can use More's address checker to see if it's available in your area.

For a seamless set-up, it is recommended to purchase a pre-configured More modem/router – which happens to be included in the More 24-month Business contract2. However, if you’re tech-savvy and keen to bring your own modem you certainly can, and where possible More will try to help you with configuration. Check out More’s hardware options here.

We understand that circumstances can change in your business (e.g. Covid impacts over the last 2 years), which is why we offer a number of flexible options to understand your usual business performance, including the consideration of one year financial statements. Things you should know

  • 1 Offer of 20% off a More business nbn® plan, SIM-only mobile plan, mobile broadband plan and/or business phone plan for 12 months is for customers who sign up to either a 24-month contract or month-month contract option by 30 June 2025 and use a CommBank Debit or Credit card as their online bill payment method. Offer does not apply to other More services, including Business Ethernet, Enterprise Ethernet NBN or Business Fibre 1000. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. 12 months is a promotional period commencing on the day your eligible service is activated. After 12 months, the cost of your plan will revert to the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) current at that time. You must continue to have your CommBank credit or debit card registered as the online bill payment method on your account. If you change your online bill payment method to a non-CommBank card, you will forfeit all discounts available with this offer. Access to the offer will be revoked with effect from the following month, with the cost of your plan reverting to the RRP current at that time. The RRP of More plans are subject to change in accordance with More’s terms of service. If you take up this offer on a month-to-month contract, you are free to cancel at any time without charges, but cancelling your service within the 12 month promotional period will forfeit any remaining months discounted at 20% off. Offer applies to monthly plan fees only and does not apply to any hardware charges not included in the plan, hardware installation charges, nbn® New Development Fee or New Copper Pair charges or any fees for services or usage outside of plan inclusions.
