An authorised operator of an eligible business transaction account will no longer be eligible on your behalf for CommBank Yello for Business if:

Only eligible sole traders and single director corporate businesses will be able to access benefits. If you’re not seeing any benefits, refer to FAQ 'Why are no benefits appearing for me?' All business customers should be able to access CommBank Yello for Business later in 2025.

If you’re an authorised operator, follow these steps to opt out:
Opting out of CommBank Yello for Business doesn’t opt you out of CommBank Yello offers for our retail customers.
If there are multiple authorised operators of an eligible business transaction account but one chooses to opt out of CommBank Yello for Business, the other will still have access to the program as long as the business eligibility criteria is met.
You’ll be able to opt back in once CommBank Yello for Business has launched to all business customers.
Log on to the CommBank app, go to your business profile and then tap on CBA Yello. You’ll be able to view all the benefits your business is eligible for.

You must have a business profile set up in the CommBank app to access CommBank Yello for Business.
1. CommBank Yello for Business is at this stage only available to invited sole proprietor customers and single director corporate customers. A customer who meets the eligibility criteria but is not a sole proprietor or a single director corporate customer, or is one but has not been invited by us to participate in CommBank Yello for Business, will not be able to access CommBank Yello for Business at this stage.
2. An outbound transaction means any completed transaction of the following types:
• Payments or other purchases made using a debit card on an eligible business transaction account, including digital wallet transactions;
• Cash withdrawals at an ATM or CommBank branch from an eligible business transaction account;
• Payments or transfers to an unrelated third party from an eligible business transaction account.
NB: Payments or transfers to an account where an authorised operator is the account holder, joint account holder, cardholder or authorised operator are not considered a payment or transfer to a third party
NB: Payments or transfers to accounts that are associated with your customer record or to an account of a related entity (but where you are not the account holder) are not considered payments or transfers to a third party.
We may also from time to time consider other transactions to be outbound transactions, for example, where we consider they are in substance a transfer of value to a third party.
3. Business Overdraft, Business Boost Loan, BetterBusiness Loan, Stream Working Capital or Asset Finance.

6. Offer is 15% off Samsung mobiles, tablets, watches and buds, TVs, monitors, home appliances, and 10% off the Samsung Galaxy Ring. To redeem, you'll need to use your unique access code provided within the CommBank app, to create an account with Samsung. Eligibility criteria apply.

7. This offer is available exclusively to new BioPak customers and applies when you paste the code at online checkout. It cannot be combined with any other offers unless specified. 9. After the first 3 months of an eligible subscription, customers will receive 10% off that subscription for the rest of the life of that subscription.
