Alpha™ Portal

Know Your Customer (KYC)

For asset finance applications, you are required to provide and submit details for all borrowers, directors, guarantors and contact persons via the AlphaTM PortalBorrowers/guarantors/directors/contact person must provide certified identification (ID) with your application.

If your application cannot be submitted via the AlphaTM Portal or the ABCD asset finance application form, please use the individual customer information form for asset finance (PDF).

Note: Dynamic PDFs must be downloaded as they will not display correctly in a web browser. Please download these forms to your computer before use and use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

For new to bank organisations, a nominated contact person is only required to complete the KYC information for individual customers and sole traders/joint traders form (PDF)

All individual borrowers/guarantors/signatories/joint traders and informal partnerships are required to complete the KYC information for individual customers and sole traders/joint traders form (PDF).

Any person wishing to be a signatory, who is not already captured as an Individual in Section A of the form, will need to be identified using a separate KYC information for individual customers and sole traders/joint traders form (PDF).

Transfer aggregator group

To transfer your accreditation from your existing to new aggregator group (business intermediary), you’ll need to complete the application to transfer business intermediary nominee accreditation (PDF).

Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF)
