Help & support
Travel insurance provides you with peace of mind and security when you’re travelling within Australia or overseas. Leaving you, your family, and friends to focus on enjoying your trip.
Accidents, lost luggage and events like flight delays happen. That’s why it’s important to make sure you have reassurance that you’re protected.
Note: There is no cover for cancellation or medical expenses related to COVID-19.
Now’s the right time to organise your travel insurance to make sure you’re protected. With Cover-More (our travel insurance provider) you also get a cooling-off period1 – so if your plans unexpectedly change they’ll refund you the cost of your policy if you cancel within 21 days of the date of purchase.

You and anyone travelling with you needs the reassurance that you’re protected, no matter what. That includes claims directly or indirectly relating to an existing medical condition.
Let’s debunk a myth - being honest about a medical condition doesn’t always mean you can’t get travel insurance.
It pays to be upfront when you answer this, give Cover-More a call if you’re not sure.
Conditions including acne, asthma, epilepsy, high blood pressure and more may be covered under certain conditions. While others, including these, are automatically covered:
For a full list of medical conditions and eligibility criteria, check our PDS.
If all of your existing medical conditions or your travel companion’s conditions aren’t automatically included, you’ll need to complete an online health assessment as part of purchasing your travel insurance or call 1300 467 951 for help.
You’ll instantly know if they’re covered. If approved, you’ll need to pay an additional premium to cover your existing medical condition.
