CommBank service updates

We are making some improvements

We are running scheduled maintenance this weekend to make some updates to our systems.

The CommBank app and NetBank won't be available between 2:00am - 6:00am AEDT Saturday 16 November 2024.

Cardless Cash will not be available from 1:20am AEDT but you can use QR Cardless Withdrawal.

Customers can continue to pay using their CommBank credit and debit cards.

ATMs will remain available.
 

Business Customers

CommBiz and the CommBiz Mobile app will be unavailable between 2:00am - 8:00am AEDT Saturday 16 November 2024. Please plan ahead for your banking.

There will be delays with DELIST and ISO CAMT 053 bank reconciliation files with the expected delivery time of ~12:15pm AEDT Saturday 16 November 2024.

Merchant terminals remain available.
 

Complaints & Compliments

The Complaints & Compliments portal will be unavailable between 2:00am - 6:00am AEDT Saturday 16 November 2024.
 

Sunday 17 November 2024

International money transfers, home loan, credit card, debit card, travel money card accounts and some card settings may be affected between 2:00am - 6:00am AEDT Sunday 17 November 2024.

Cardless Cash will not be available from 1:20am AEDT but you can use QR Cardless Withdrawal.
