Clown Doctors are highly trained, professional performers who spread ‘doses’ of fun and laughter throughout hospitals in both general wards and specialist clinics, working to bring joy to thousands of sick kids, carers and nurses. CommBank is a founding partner of the Clown Doctors, a flagship program of Clown Doctors Australia.
For more than 25 years, CommBank has played a pivotal role in helping the Clown Doctors program grow from just two hospitals to 22 hospitals and two hospices, supporting children and young adults across Australia. Through its financial contributions, CommBank has supported the delivery of over 8,500 Clown Rounds, bringing laughter and comfort to more than one million children, their families, carers, and hospital staff.
