  1. Enter the verification ID in the SMS we've sent to you 
  2. Enter a one-time passcode, which we'll send you after successful verification
  3. Log on to NetBank to continue with your home loan application

Before you continue the application started by your broker or co-borrower, you’ll need to open a NetBank account and complete ID checks online. Simply click the ‘Continue application’ button and follow the instructions..

Estimating expenses

Understanding your expenses can be a breeze with Money Plan in the CommBank app. You can easily see a summary of how much you’ve spent each month in different categories like groceries, transport and entertainment.

  • To see your summary, search ‘money plan’ in the CommBank app and tap your Spend chart for your full expense breakdown.

For new customers who don’t bank online with us:

  • We’ll capture your personal details and set up NetBank for you.
  • We’ll need to check your ID to get your account up and running. You'll be prompted to complete our online ID check.
